My career hasn't been spent rubbing elbows with the elite, instead my career has been spent with the everyday person in retail management. I didn't have a glamorous career with white collar folks but I made real impacts on those under me.

With that said, I may not come from big dollars but I do have a background that makes me the person who will fight for balanced budgets, a robust savings for our rainy days, and will always be the councilman that returns your calls and emails.

I believe when the city asks you for a dollar, you deserve to know exactly where that dollar is going. Before I support any tax or fee increase, I want to be confident that every expense is clearly explained and truly necessary. That is not about saying no to progress. It is about making sure we are being responsible with your hard earned money. That's why I am your guaranteed NO vote for any increases.
